- Contact Callers with monthly or bi-monthly updates for their lists
- Maintain accurate listing of callers
- Assure that callers are updating contact info on master list
- Maintain relationship with callers to assure engagement
- Work with Membership Director to assure sufficient callers, and to obtain accurate member information.
- Pleasant phone voice and manner
- Basic understanding of the information on FAIR’s “Facts” sheet, and an understanding of FAIR’s mission and message.
- Ability to motivate and encourage others
- Ability to self-start and stick to a schedule of tasks
- Average of 2 hours weekly. (More just before a call session, less at other times.
